Confetti txt!

What this is: A wad that rebalances ZDWars a bit to make it more fair and turns a player into a random color to avoid confusion when players are the same class.

		-=Okay kids! Consider this the final version of Confetti! Wait for ZDoomWars Optimized for any updates (and lots of other neat little fixes!)=- 
	New:
		Global: Redid some scripting for the HPBar. Bandwith consumption has almost declined by 4x.

			Removed the easter eggs. I guess most of you don't get my humor. Hmmph.
			
			Also reworked the class color system. Should be more effective now.

		Heretic: Gave Ophidians and Weredragons HP again. Do not worry, they still ghost just fine!

Balance Changes:
		Heretic: Barrage Weredragons should do a lot less damage. Still working out the kinks here so give me feedback!

		Hexen: Swamp Stalkers no longer have a damage range of 20-90. They now only do a fixed number between 14-30.

		Virus: Increased turrets painchances and made upgraded ones cost some hero mana. A lot of players were spamming 
			turrets and then making heroes one after the other and nothing can stop a field of them. This really should
			make Virus a lot more tolerable.

	Fixes:
		Chex: Flem meteors lacked an idle state and crashed servers if there were no enemies nearby. Fixed.

		Virus:
			The 2nd upgrade caused spreadshot turrets to summon single turrets.

	New:
		Heretic: Added proper translations to Undead Ghost Knights so you can know which are inherently ghosts and which ones are just ghost waved.

	Fixes:
		Fixed the major telefrag/respawn bug where you got original colors and monsters.

		Hopefully fixed the infighting bug.

		Spores when upgraded spawned the normal ones. (Doubt anyone even noticed this)

Balance Changes:
		Strife:
			Acolytes painchance is down to 35

	Fixes: 
		Redid all of the Turret translations for Virus. They should look nicer now.
		
		Added a new translation to Acolytes. They also should look a tad bit prettier now.

		Fixed a hud message cost for Sniper Templars. Should have said 35/8 not 22/6.

		Replaced purple Rebel sprites. They should definitely look more fabulous and know how to work the room!
		
		The special unlocker thats binded to 'Strife Mission Objectives' never highlighted the unit you've selected unless you were red or blue. Should work with all colors now.

Balance Changes:
		Strife: Adjusted Rebels and Acolytes damage in relation to Zombiemen and Shotgunners. Should be somewhat more balanced now.
			Sentinels have been tweaked a bit.
			Templars price have dropped to 16/6, down from 18/7.
			Sniper Templars price have dropped from 35/8 to 32/8.
			Templar Retrofit is now 12 instead of 14.

	New:
		Changed all of the weapon summoners to that of TZDwars for maximum efficiency. This means less bandwith used and less lagging. Thanks to banjoster for allowing me use of said summoners!

		Changed all of the weapon messages to that of TZDwars for user friendlyness. Once again, thanks to banjoster for allowing me use of said messages!

	Fixes:
		There is a major bug where Vanilla colors (and balance) still appeared when you died or telefragged. Just deal with it for now I'm afraid.	

		Hexen: Using Wendigos to unlock the Death Wyvern after you have already unlocked the Korax resulted in normal colored Death Wyverns. Fixed!

		Strife: Repair drones were not colored... gee I wonder if anyone even noticed...
	
	Balance Changes:

		Strife: There was a bug with Templar price. They should now cost 18/7 as intended.

	Balance Changes:

			Doom:
				Cacodemon's projecile ball has an increase of damage

			Chex:
				Upgraded Common, Bipedal, Larva and Cyclops Flemoids all got damage adjustments because before normal Bipedals did more damage than Cyclops flemoids (yikes!). They should all be more consistent now for what each unit does
			
			Virus:
				Greater Prisms attack more often now.
				Removed the Virus flight limiter.

			Heretic:
				Switched Weredragons and Ophidians back to not having HPBars so that they can receive the ghost upgrade.

			Strife:
				Acolytes Painchance up
				Reavers shot takes off half its normal damage (used to take off 30-60 before... yikes again!).
				Templars now cost 18/7
				Sniper Templars now cost 35/8 and do slightly less damage and fire slightly slower.
				Entity got a massive rework with new attacks, higher firing rate, and the higher chance that the sub entities will not fail upon creation. Also cost increase to 100/85 to compensate for said changes.
				Inquisitor flies again and is a littler more trigger happy! Cost is now 90/75 to compensate.

	Banjoster - For starting the initial colored monsters wad with 5 colors of Chex, the ACS code needed for the color changes to work, all the base translations for each unit from TZDWARS, and red and blue for every class, and a lot of the TZDWars code. Major props for allowing me to send this to be hosted publically!
