Description: Resources for Capture the Flag in Heretic. So far, this contains a bunch of stuff and not just flags or broken skins. There's been a small chunk of work to fill in missing sounds. The effect isn't complete, of course, but Heretic won't be so strangely silent as it was before. ZHCTFRES may have a voice built into it in the future.
