ADDENDUM:
This is a slightly updated version of CS2_DM2.ZIP
- removed the HUGE amount of wasted space in the wad. The original
  version was 4.0MB (1.6MB zipped), and this version is only 2.0MB
  (890KB zipped).
- sorted the wad resources and put them between start/end markers
- fixed the two faulty sky images - they were both 320x200, and now
  they're 256x128 with the correct horizontal and vertical offsets.
