It serves no purpose, except to show myself what I could do if I tried. If you need help beating the level, check out Cinema Doom's homepage here: http://www.beldar.com/~jld/cinema/index.html Additional Credits to : The original members of idsoftware who created this great game and finally released the source code, the creators of Doom Legacy, all the creators of the great Doom Editing programs I used, and all the creators of the stuff I ripped! ================================================================ * Play Information * Episode and Level # : E1M1 Single Player : Yes Cooperative 2-4 Player : Yes, although not tested. Deathmatch 2-4 Player : Maybe. (This level's size and numerous hiding places would probably be great fraggin fun without all those damn monsters, that is if it works!) Difficulty Settings : Not Implemented New Sounds : Yes New Graphics : Yes Demos Replaced : None * Construction * Base : New level from scratch and my first one at that! Build Time : Years of hard work and difficulty but in the end it was well worth it. Editor(s) used : EdMap v1.31 and EdMap v1.40, DCK v2.x through v3.62, DEHACKED v3.0a, Wintex v3.4 through Wintex v4.3, DeuSF v3.8, Mus2Midi v1.0, Midi2Mus v2.04, TED v1.2, NewWadTool v1.3. Hardware used : Gateway 2000 P5-100 with a 15-inch Vivitron Monitor, 64-Bit STB Powergraph video card, Sound Blaster 16 PnP Sound Card, a Magnavox Radio\Casstte Recorder, the scanning was done with a 16.8 million hand-held Mustek\Twain compliant scanner, and a Gateway Telepath 28.8 Modem for surfing the Net. Known Bugs : Hopefully all serious bugs are non-existant, but I can't make any promises. Please inform me of any serious errors. System Requirements : At least a Pentium, 16 megabytes of ram, Windows 95, and a decent video and sound card. You will also need the latest version of Doom Legacy, available at http://www.frag.com/doomlegacy/. Installation : After you have unziped this file into your Doom directory, simply double-click the Cinema.bat file in Windows. Conclusion : Just another large Doom project. There is no storyline or plot, just a large collection of many of my ideas.
