Description             : Okay... I hereby declare this to be my LAST
                          DeHackEd-based weapons mod I'm ever going to make.
                          Why? Because, DECORATE based weapons are finally
                          here (and I mean it this time... I have a whole
                           other mod finished using that system, but I can't
                           release it yet due to the DECORATE weapon system
                           only being available in a hacked version of Zdoom.
                           DECORATE weapons WILL be available in the next
                           official release, so I have to wait for that
                           before I can release that mod.)

                          So therefore, seeing that this is my last DEHACKED
                          mod, I've made this one as BIG as possible (big
                           as in good as well, heh. The last time I said that
                           a weapons mod was going to be my final Dehacked one
                           was for Pyromaniac, and we all know how bad that
                           wad turned out to be. :P)

                          So, let's see: we've got 17 new weapons this time,
                          ranging from stuff like Slag Cannons, Tri-missile
                          launchers, Corkscrew Laser Cannons, and the
                          ever-popular Mobile Defense Turret. Basically,
                          it's the largest (I think) weapon mod ever created
                          for Zdoom, and I have to say that it's pretty
                          damn good as well. It's slightly overpowered, so
                          it's best to use it on stuff like Hell Revealed
                          or Alien Vendetta. :P


Additional Credits to   : Corrupt Marine - Kickass Weapon Graphics. He drew
                                           the SMGs and the "Black Death"
                                           Pistol. He was gonna do more,
                                           but he was busy with Real Life
                                           and stuff. :P

                          NMN - Kickass Weapon Graphics. He drew the
                                Destructor MG, Slag Cannon, and both he
                                and Corrupt Marine drew the Photonic
                                Disruptor graphics. Heh. :P

                          Chronoteeth - Corkscrew Gun GFX were ripped
                                        by him and stuff. Thanks. :P

                          Saber Interactive - I "borrowed" the SMG firing
                                              sound from Will Rock. :P

                          Daniel - I used a couple of sounds from his
                                   wads again. Heh, I hope he doesn't mind. :P

                          WildWeasel - Concept ideas for the Heavy Magnum, and
                                       hosting the Doom Armory, the best
                                       weapons-mod related site, where I got
                                       tons of feedback and suggestions
                                       and stuff. Thanks. :P

                          Scuba Steve - Heh, I can't ever seem to make a mod
                                        without mentioning him in some way. :P
                                        I used his 40mm Grenade Launcher as a
                                        base for the Heavy Magnum graphics.
                                        He also drew the graphics for the
                                        Tri-Missile launcher, although I
                                        animated it myself. :P He is also
                                        responsible for the Leech Device and
                                        the Knife (which was animated by me
                                        using a similar technique to another
                                        knife Scuba drew (the motion blur)).

                          Cory Whittle - A couple of Projectile sprites from
                                         ICD-SE, and the hands for tossing the
                                         Mobile Defense Turret.

                          Banjo Software - A few misc. enemy graphics from
                                           HacX. Why did they never end up
                                           finishing that game, anyway?

                          The Innocent Crew - Flamethrower GFX and sound.

                          Rogue Entertainment - The Seeker Missile GFX was
                                                based off a decoration from
                                                Strife. Strange, huh?

                          Whoever made RoTT - I can't believe I can't remember
                                              who developed this game, but I
                                              used the Heat Seeker graphics
                                              for the Heat Seeker here. Heh.

                          Whoever made Dark Forces- Stinger and Laser Pistol
                                                    graphics. Heh.

                          Raven Software - A few misc. projectiles came
                                           from Heretic and an inventory
                                           item from Hexen.

                          Zipper Interactive - One sound from DeathDrome.

                          Goldeneye64 Doom Team - Modified Moonraker projecile
                                                  sprites used for Laser Pistol
                                                  projectile.

                          Ralf Wueltener - I used his modified IFOG sprites
                                           for the Laser Pistol explosion.

                          3D Realms - I pasted Duke 3D's turret graphics on
                                      the body of an arachnotron to use
                                      for the Mobile Defense Turret sprites.

                          Chasm: The Rift - Insanity Shotgun GFX.

                          Snarboo - He ripped the shotgun GFX before me. :P
                                    Nice job on Commandos! Doom, by the way.

                          The ZooM team - The Grenade and Repulsion Belt
                                          inventory items.

                          Whoever made the Pistol Zombie - Uh... the Pistol
                                                           Zombie. :P

                          Espi - Barrel explosion graphics from gunspc.wad

                          Grubber - The amazing DEHSUPP lump. Without that,
                                    this wad would only have... 9 guns. :P

                          Randy Heit - Zdoom. Kicks. Major. Ass.

                          Id Software - For Doom. Without that, there would
                                        be no this. (confusion++)


                          Wow, that is a LONG credits list, but well, let's
                          just say that D2C's credit list will be a hell
                          of a lot longer. :P

Build Time              : Longer than I'd hoped. :P
Release Time            : Like, 3 months after I finished the mod. Major Heh. :P
Editor(s) used          : Wintex, XWE, Paint Shop Pro (7), Windows Paint (lol),
                          Dehacked, Notepad, etc.
Known Bugs              : The Laser Pistol looks screwed up on the screen if you
                          use the status bar. I personally never play with the
                          status bar, so thanks to MasterOFDeath for spotting
                          this bug. If I could fix it, I would, but the Laser
                          Pistol was a bitch to implement (mainly becuase of
                          the choice of weapon I used to "host" it. It used to
                          still fire when you were out of ammo, and that didn't
                          work out too well. :), so I'm not touching the darn
                          thing again. This wad is like a house of cards, so
                          modify at your own risk: you might end up breaking
                          half the wad, like I did a couple of times. :P

                          (Heh, that was a long paragraph to list ONE bug,
                           huh? Heh, I apologize for wasting your time, in case
                           you feel like accusing me of wasting your time. :P)

The only weapon that needs further explaining is the turret. These things
use special ghost-like technology, allowing them to walk through walls.
They follow you throughout the map, but they only shoot at enemies who
shoot it first. However, it has a hell of alot of health and can take
a lot of damage before going down.

Unfortunately, since it only responds when shot, it has no way of telling
who shot it, whether it be friend or foe. So therefore, DO NOT accidentally
shoot one of these or else you'll be very sorry. If it does start shooting
you for one reason or another, block its line of sight with a wall or
pillar or something. This will cause it to lose its target, and therefore
stop shooting at you.

Another unfortunate side effect is that if they are hurt by an environmental
damager (like a crusher or a projectile not fired by an enemy. Radiation
and the like do not affect the turrets), they become confused and start
shooting at the nearest living object... which is usally the user.

Due to these side effects, turrets are hard to find, but when you do come
across one, use them with extreme caution. I hereby declare myself NOT
RESPONSIBLE for any injuries suffered that are caused directly or
indirectly by these turrets. Heh. :P

Yep, I finally put 'em in for once. :P

:Invisibility    - Your blur-causing friend from Doom, only portable!
:Light Goggles   - Night vision on steroids, basically. :P
:Portable Medkit - Essentially a Medkit that you carry around and use later.
:Time Bomb       - Drop it in front of a baddie and watch it go boom!
:Repulsor Belt   - Sends out a gravitational field that knocks back enemies.
:Grenade         - Your basic grenade. Perfect as a supplement to other guns.
:Speed Boots     - Temporarily increases the user's top speed.
:Armor Booster   - Gives a 50% armor boost to your current armor class.

Okay, that's it. Heh. :P
