Primary purpose: single player Advanced engine needed: none === title : neg_!ke's 1024 Map for Doom II author : neg!ke email : neg1ke at gmx dot net release : 2006 october other files by author : beyond the veil, some quake levels description : small base-style map created for a 1024*1024 contest at doomworld in mid-2006. i didn't expect trying to max out gameplay within a 1024*1024 square was that difficult. i didn't solve it the most clever way, but at least there's some eye candy. unfortunately, i spotted the 1024 competition thread only two days before the deadline, so i could only contribute this one map (of which some areas are fairly rushed because of running out of time). still, it was fun... [this is a slightly newer version than the one originally submitted, fixing a compatibility issue with prboom and a few cosmetical flaws] === map information new levels : 1 sounds : no music : no graphics : no deh/bex patch : no demos : no other : no other files required : none === play information: game : doom2 map : map01 single player : yes cooperative : yes deathmatch : no (not enough time) difficulty settings : no (not enough time) demos : no tested with : zdoom, windoom, prboom === construction: base : scratch editor : doom builder construction time : two days known bugs : homs in vanilla doom2 may not run with : any game other than doom ii tested with : doom ii (with homs), zdoom == copyright/permissions you may not use this level as a base to build additional levels without explicit permission by the author. you may distribute this level in any electronic format as long as you include this file intact in the original archive, and keep it free of charge. ===
