Notes:
PCDA
Key 0 is bound the PCDA, your Personal Combat Data Assistant.  It is used to
access the other functions that become available.  Regular fire will
activate/toggle a function, and AltFire will cycle your available options.
Most functions will require power to use or maintain.  Power is restored
at recharge stations throughout the level.  The more batteries you carry,
the more power you can store.
Marine Berserker
Once you gain access to the Marine Berserker, it is available via the PDCA.
To use a beserker, "volunteers" are needed to pilot the armor.  New donors
will be needed over time, and are replaced in the beserker ops area.
