Heretic: Contention ZDaemon Patch
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

This patch makes "Heretic: Contention" (H-Duel.wad) playable with ZDaemon.
The original wad uses zdoom texture functions that ZDaemon doesn't support. 
Mapinfo is also included so mapinfo.wad is not needed.
Mapinfo is changed to old format.
