Vanilla compatible wad with a DEHACKED.
All monsters can be resurrected by an archvile.
Should be compatible with both Doom 1 and Doom 2 IWADS.

Features:

The following monsters can now be revived by an archvile:
 - Lost Soul
 - Pain Elemental
 - Archvile
 - Cyberdemon
 - Spider Mastermind
 - Commander Keen

To achieve that, some sacrifices needed to be done:
 - item respawn fog sacrificed
 - Commander Keen has simpler death animation
    (timing of his scream and death special action remains unchanged though)
 - Zombieman's, Shotgunguy's and SSNazi's exploding states share states
    (you shouldn't notice it ingame)
 - revenant missile smoke vanishes a bit earlier

Usage:

Run the wad along with your IWAD or PWAD, using -file command

Example: PrBoom-plus -iwad Doom.wad -file resur.wad
         ZDoom -iwad Doom2.wad -file wad_XYZ.wad resur.wad
