Honestly, the story is that I wanted to make this a 32-level WAD but after
a way-too-long hiatus, the prospect failed to appeal to me upon return.

And so, I just release this shit; which needs work I admit; to y'all.

Note that MAP10 and MAP11 were supposed to be the first two city levels,
which is why they may appear to be a little out of place.
