* To Run Caverns of Darkness *
----------------------------------------------------------------
Unzip this file into your DOOM II directory (or unzip to new
directory and copy in doom2.wad), and then simply run COD.EXE.
Caverns of Darkness requires COD.EXE, COD.WAD, CODLEV.WAD, and
DOOM2.WAD to run correctly.

To quote Joel Murdoch --
"It should work anywhere so long as:
  - No default.cfg in directory
  - There's a doom2.wad in the directory or DOOMWADDIR environment
    variable is set
  - Works best without asetup.exe, allegro.cfg and no Allegro
environment variables set. These should only be used if the
engine initially can't get sound to work on it's own.
Also, the engine works best when you restart in DOS mode. If you
can't do that and it won't work in Windows then you're outta
luck till James finishes the Windows version of Eternity
(which shouldn't be too far away)."
